Brad Noel brings over three decades of diverse banking experience to the Isaiah House Board of Directors. Currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Lending at Central Bank, Brad is responsible for managing and developing commercial banking relationships, working within the strategic framework and risk management priorities of the institution.

His extensive career in banking includes leadership roles in Capital Markets, Middle Market, and Asset-Based Finance with regional powerhouses such as Fifth Third Bank, BBVA, and Truist. His work has spanned multiple regions, including the Carolinas, Florida, and the Midwest, reflecting a broad and seasoned financial acumen. Brad began his banking career in Lexington with the former First Security Bank, now part of Chase.

Brad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Finance and Economics from the University of Kentucky. A committed community servant, he has held board positions with the Lexington Children’s Theater, Naples Humane Society, Franklin County Fair, Fayette County Farm Bureau, and was a founding member of Bluegrass Mergers & Acquisitions Professionals.

Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, Brad and his wife Kelly are proud parents of three children. His dedication to service and his deep roots in the Commonwealth reflect a heart for people and a passion for community transformation.
