Isaiah House and Lexington Rescue Mission join forces to launch life-changing facility, right here in the Bluegrass State
Isaiah House, in partnership with Lexington Rescue Mission, is proud to announce the opening of a groundbreaking Community Health Center in Lexington, KY. This collaborative effort aims to provide essential services to all Kentuckians, especially those facing homelessness, food insecurity, or struggling with substance use disorder.
Vital Services Provided
The joint venture it set to open this fall at 535 West Second Street in Lexington will offer wrap-around services, including:
- Primary Care
- Counseling
- Parenting Classes
- Intensive Outpatient Programs
