Harrodsburg, KY — Isaiah House has appointed nationally recognized behavioral health expert Dr. Jason Roop and wealth management professional Julio Levisohn to its Board of Directors, marking a significant step forward in the organization’s continued growth and impact.

Dr. Roop, Founder and CEO of the Center for Trait-Based Transformation, is widely known for developing the Trait-Based Model, an innovative approach helping individuals understand their identity, develop inherent strengths, and achieve lasting change. His work has been implemented across treatment programs, schools, justice systems, and communities nationwide.

“Recovery is evolving,” said Dr. Roop. “What once felt like the problem is often the starting point for transformation. When people begin to understand themselves differently, everything can begin to shift. Isaiah House is doing meaningful work, and I’m honored to be part of it.”

Isaiah House CEO Kevin Horn emphasized the importance of Dr. Roop’s perspective, noting, “His approach helps people see themselves differently, and that’s a big part of lasting change. We’re glad to have him join our board.”

A national speaker, author, and researcher, Dr. Roop has published in peer-reviewed journals including Scientific Reports and authored several books, including Trait-Based Leadership. His work continues to shape how organizations approach long-term recovery and personal transformation.

His background includes leadership roles at Fifth Third Bank, and he brings a strong commitment to mission-driven service.

“God is working in this organization, and I feel blessed to be able to help further the kingdom and His glory with other great men and women,” said Levisohn.

With expertise spanning behavioral health innovation and financial stewardship, both leaders add strategic depth to Isaiah House’s Board as the organization continues to expand its reach.

No need for loud, no need for race,
Just learning how to hold my space.
And every time I chose to learn,
A part of me begins to turn.
