Isaiah House Treatment Center Welcomes Morgan Chapman as Training Director

HARRODSBURG, KY (January 30, 2025) – Isaiah House Treatment Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Morgan Chapman as its new Training Director, effective January 2025.

Morgan brings a strong background in human resources, sales, and management, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Theology/Psychology Studies from the University of the Cumberlands. His extensive experience in leadership and employee development has positioned him as a key asset in fostering professional growth and organizational excellence.

Previously serving as the Human Resources Director at Isaiah House, Morgan played a vital role in mentoring team members, strengthening workplace culture, and implementing employee development initiatives. In his new role, he will lead efforts to design and implement comprehensive training programs that equip staff with the skills needed to deliver exceptional care and support to those battling addiction.

“This role is an exciting opportunity to further empower our staff to grow professionally and personally,” said Morgan Chapman. “I’m passionate about creating training initiatives that not only improve our team’s skills but also help us deliver the highest level of care to the individuals and families we serve.”
