Jennifer Hamilton Named Chief Human Resources Officer at Isaiah House

HARRODSBURG, KY (March 12, 2025) – Isaiah House Treatment Center is proud to announce the appointment of Jennifer Hamilton as Chief Human Resources Officer. With 24 years of experience in human resources, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for the mission of addiction recovery.

Jennifer joined Isaiah House over three years ago as an HR Assistant and quickly rose through the ranks, most recently serving as a Vice President. Her journey has been driven by a personal connection to addiction recovery—after witnessing the life-changing impact of Isaiah House on a family member, she felt called to be part of the solution. “I felt I was supposed to be here,” Jennifer shared. “Addiction tears families apart, but recovery restores them. I want to be part of that restoration.”

In her new role, Jennifer will lead HR initiatives that align with Isaiah House’s mission, ensuring that every employee’s journey—from hiring to career growth—embodies the organization’s core values. She believes that a strong HR department is vital to the health of any organization and is committed to keeping Isaiah House at the forefront of industry trends to best serve staff and clients. “HR is where an employee’s journey starts and ends,” she said. “We have a responsibility to make sure that journey reflects our core values.”

With Jennifer’s leadership, Isaiah House continues to strengthen its workplace culture, equipping staff with the support and resources they need to carry out the life-changing work of recovery.
