Jennifer Steele serves as the VP of Human Resources at Isaiah House, a nonprofit organization committed to recovery and life transformation. With a strong background in human resources, she leads initiatives in talent development, employee relations, and workplace culture. Jennifer is passionate about creating a positive, mission-driven environment that supports both staff and clients.

Outside of work, she enjoys kayaking, shopping, and proudly supporting her children at sporting events. Jennifer cherishes spending quality time with her husband, their beautifully blended family of five children, and close friends.
