Jim Miller Joins Isaiah House Treatment Center as Director of Construction and Social Enterprises

HARRODSBURG, KY (April 30, 2025) — Isaiah House Treatment Center is proud to welcome Jim Miller as its new Director of Construction and Social Enterprises. With nearly 18 years of experience across multiple trades, Jim brings a wealth of technical expertise and a heart for service to the Isaiah House mission.

A graduate of KCTCS with a degree in HVAC, Jim has built a career that blends craftsmanship with compassion. Though he hasn’t battled addiction personally, he has witnessed its impact and felt called to be part of the solution.

“This work goes beyond just a job for me; it’s a mission I am deeply committed to,” Jim said.

His vision for the role is rooted in hope, transformation, and second chances. “I am actively seeking like-minded partners who share a passion for uplifting communities and providing hope and opportunities to those in need,” he shared.

As Director of Construction and Social Enterprise, Jim will lead projects that provide real-world job skills, training, and employment opportunities to men and women in recovery—bridging the gap between restoration and reintegration.

With deep roots in the trades and a passion for helping others, Jim’s leadership will help expand Isaiah House’s impact across Kentucky.

No need for loud, no need for race,
Just learning how to hold my space.
And every time I chose to learn,
A part of me begins to turn.
