Mike Cox brings over four decades of leadership experience in ministry, counseling, and nonprofit operations. He currently serves as the Interim CEO at Isaiah House, Inc., where he has previously held key roles including the organization’s first President and Director of Discipleship. Mike began his journey with Isaiah House in 2012 as a clinical intern and joined the staff full-time in 2013 as a licensed clinician, providing individual, group, marriage, and family counseling.

An ordained minister for more than 40 years, Mike has pastored churches in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Illinois, and has offered chaplaincy support through Marketplace Chaplains, Inc. and Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. He remains active in ministry as a lead pastor and church consultant.

Mike holds a B.A. in Pastoral Ministries from Mid-America Christian University and an M.Ed. in Counseling and Human Development from the Lindsey Wilson School of Professional Counseling. He is known for his servant leadership, relational approach, and deep commitment to organizational health and spiritual transformation.

One of Mike’s favorite Bible verses is Romans 8:28: “All things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.” He also lives by the motto: “Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.”
