NET Recovery Exclusively at Isaiah House

The NET DeviceTM reduces opioid withdrawal symptoms in 24 hours without the use of medication, making long-term recovery more attainable for Kentuckians

Isaiah House, Kentucky’s largest community-focused nonprofit addiction treatment organization, is proud to announce its groundbreaking partnership with NET Recovery to offer NET Recovery’s proprietary neurostimulation therapy (NET®) in the Commonwealth.

What is a Net DeviceTM?

Recently cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the NET DeviceTM is an opioid use disorder (OUD) treatment that reduces opioid withdrawal symptoms within 24 hours. Treatment using the NET DeviceTM is exclusively found at Isaiah House facilities.

“We’re thrilled to offer this groundbreaking new treatment to residents of central Kentucky and beyond,” NET Recovery CEO Joe Winston said. “Isaiah House has been an incredible partner to us as we’ve worked to receive clearance from the FDA. They wholeheartedly support the recovery community, and we’re so proud that our NET DeviceTM will be added to their comprehensive treatment programs.”

Why NET DeviceTM?

According to the 2023 Drug Overdose Fatality Report from the Kentucky Justice and Public Safety Cabinet, approximately 80 percent of Kentucky resident overdose deaths last year involved opioids. Treatment using the NET DeviceTM is the Commonwealth’s newest resource to combat the opioid epidemic, ultimately saving lives, restoring families, and improving communities.

The NET DeviceTM is applied for three-to-five-days of continuous treatment, reducing withdrawal symptoms using neurostimulation. Participants who are treated for more than 24 hours have a significantly increased chance of remaining opioid-free long term (www.clinicaltrials.gov, NCT04916600).
