Our new transitional home in Lexington on Tate’s Creek Rd. is open and is accepting applications. This is a safe, sober living environment for men who are currently using medication-assisted treatment and have completed at least a 30 day residential or outpatient program. To apply, call our admissions team at 859-375-9200.
