HARRODSBURG, Ky. (May 6, 2025) — Isaiah House Treatment Center is proud to welcome Raymond Miles as its new Director of Clinical Operations. A Corbin native, Miles brings more than 10 years of experience in addiction treatment, along with a deep personal connection to the recovery journey.

“My motivation to get into the field of addiction was accidental,” said Miles.

He began his career in sales and management before feeling called to return to school, where he earned a degree in Human Services. That decision sparked a shift that would become his life’s purpose. He went on to work with adolescents and serve as an inpatient therapist, before moving into a role with an intensive outpatient (IOP) addiction program—where everything changed.

“I’ve seen family members struggle with this disease. I’ve seen my family members die from this disease,” Miles said.

That personal loss fueled his passion for helping others break free from addiction and find recovery. His range of experience uniquely prepares him for this leadership role at Isaiah House.

As Director of Clinical Operations, Miles will oversee all clinical programming and lead the organization’s team of clinicians. Clinical therapy is a vital part of the Isaiah House model, which combines evidence-based treatment with a Christ-centered approach.

Isaiah House works to identify and address the root causes of addiction, empowering clients to pursue freedom, healing, and long-term recovery. For Miles, that mission is both personal and spiritual.

“It’s a God thing,” he said, reflecting on the prayer and clarity that led him to Isaiah House.

As a non-profit rooted in faith, Isaiah House allows Miles to serve others, lead with compassion, and walk with people through their most challenging seasons.
