VP of Compliance, Isaiah House Treatment Center

Sydney’s roots run deep at Isaiah House, having devoted nearly 15 years to the mission. She began her journey in 2010 filing paper records in the original file room. Over the next decade, she gained hands-on experience in Utilization Review, Medical, Case Management, Finance, and Billing before stepping into Compliance in 2022. Today, as VP of Compliance, Sydney leads a growing compliance team and partners closely with all departments to strengthen risk-management practices, develop competency-based staff training, and advance quality-improvement efforts grounded in Isaiah House’s CHRIST values: Compassion, Humility, Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, and Teamwork.

Outside of work, Sydney is a proud mom to her son and shares her home with two dogs and two cats who keep things lively. She is also an avid reader who enjoys a wide range of genres and topics.
