Visitation Policy
At Isaiah House, we understand how important family is in the recovery process. Our visitation policy is designed to help mend relationships, provide education, and create opportunities for quality time together. Below, you’ll find details on our visitation schedule, eligibility requirements, and how you can support your loved one during their treatment.

First Step to Connecting
We know that recovery is a journey for the entire family. Our Family Liaison is here to help answer questions, provide updates, and assist with communication during your loved one’s treatment.
If you have not yet connected with our Family Liaison, please contact us at, (859) 375-9200.

- Weekly phone calls (beginning after the first 7 days).
- Weekly psychoeducation sessions via Zoom (link provided in the welcome packet).
- Monthly on-site Family Visit (eligibility begins after 21 days in treatment).
- Phase 2 (After 60 Days):
- Two phone calls per week.
- Monthly on-site Family Visit.
- 6-hour off-site visit available after 60 days (with approval).
- 48-hour off-site visit available after 90 days (with approval).
As your loved one progresses in treatment, they may become eligible for off-site visits to spend meaningful time with family.
