A member of our trained, professional staff will check your insurance coverage and discuss alternative payment options and eligibility for our program FREE of charge. All phone calls are private and confidential.

Open tobacco products/vapes of any kind (can be purchased from our canteen)
Personal linens/pillows/towels (will be provided)
Personal hygiene products (will be provided)/makeup (can be purchased from our canteen)
Heated hair styling tools (curling irons, straighteners, blow dryers, etc.)
Important Notes Heading
Bring belongings in the laundry basket or a disposable bag – luggage/duffle bags cannot be stored.
This list is not exhaustive, and approval should be sought prior to admission to any Isaiah House, Inc. facility for items not listed.
Isaiah House, Inc. cannot store unapproved items in the facility. Isaiah House, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items of any kind. Items that are not allowed in the facility may be disposed of at the discretion of Isaiah House, Inc. staff.
An appointment must be made within 72 hours following elopement to schedule a pickup time for any items left at an Isaiah House, Inc. facility. If an appointment is not made within 72 hours, items will be forfeited and subject to disposal or destruction.

Is this a DOC (Department of Corrections) facility?
Yes, we are DOC approved. Our case management team helps clients navigate their court dates and issues. Transportation is provided to court and the appropriate correspondence to ensure compliance.
Is this a co-ed facility?
No. Our men’s and women’s programs are located in different counties.

What to Bring for Men
Here’s a list of items you can bring with you:
- 10 changes of clothes (Sleeveless shirts are not allowed)
- 4 pairs of shoes (1 pair of dress shoes, 1 pair of sneakers, 1 pair of boots, 1 pair of shower shoes)
- 10 pairs of socks
- 10 pairs of underwear
- Any prescribed medications (Non-narcotic)
- State ID and Birth Certificate
- Insurance card (if applicable)
- Bible
- Up to $100 for personal items to be purchased after entry.

Do You Accept Private Insurance?
At Isaiah House, we accept all private insurance. Some are in-network and some are out-of-network. Either way, we are happy to work with you and your private insurance to help you get through this trying time. The major private insurance companies we work with most often are Aetna, Anthem Inc., Humana Inc., UnitedHealthcare, The TRPN network, Cigna, and First Health.
