The Exchange, also known as the Canteen, is a convenient system that allows clients to purchase a variety of personal items during their stay. Through the Exchange, clients can buy snacks, drinks, and tobacco products, as well as request essential items they may need. This program helps ensure that clients have access to small comforts and necessities, supporting their well-being and providing a sense of normalcy while they focus on recovery.
Bill Pay
We offer a convenient online payment option right here on our website, making it easy to contribute directly to your loved one’s recovery expenses. Whether you’d like to help cover treatment costs, support essential needs, or simply show encouragement, your payment goes directly toward their care at Isaiah House. This secure online system allows you to make contributions quickly and safely, ensuring your loved one has every resource they need on their journey to healing. A 4% charge will be added to any payment taken online.
Bill Pay is primarily utilized to add funds to a client’s account for cash on hand. This allows the client to purchase various items such as drinks and snacks from canteen, tobacco products, or a purchase of a requested essential item.
Bill Pay also can be used to make payments towards a client’s stay at Isaiah House, which includes insurance co-payments, the deductible, and admission costs.
This is where you can add money to your loved one’s account while they’re in our care. These funds can be used inside our facilities at the canteen, where they can purchase snacks, drinks, and other goodies beyond the three meals provided daily.
Your support also allows them to buy additional personal items when we make store runs for wants or needs.
Please note: This money is not used to cover meals or basic care—those are already provided as part of their program.
A little extra goes a long way in making their stay more comfortable and helping them feel supported.
