Located in Georgetown, Kentucky, Real Hope Behavioral Health provides confidential intensive outpatient and outpatient substance use disorder treatment that includes Medication-Assisted Treatment of Suboxone, Vivitrol or Sublocade, target case management, peer support, and individual and group therapy. If you cannot leave your family or your job, and require a lower level of treatment, you may be a candidate for outpatient treatment.
Clients who are ready to transition from our residential program to a lower level of care are also candidates for our outpatient services. This level of care provides the flexibility for continued employment and educational opportunities while engaging in ongoing treatment.
